E's Blessing Day

E brings such a sweet spirit to our family. He brings us such happiness and joy which is what babies do they help to create peace and love even in a home were love abides it is amazing how they bring even more. He was blessed yesterday a very bittersweet thing for me. Bitter because he is the last. Sweet because he is here and it is always such a sweet thing to bring your baby to the Lord to name him, give thanks for him and to bless the baby with the things the Lord would have him do and be. P always gives such nice blessings to our children and E's was no exception. The spirit could be felt and I was overwhelmed with joy knowing that E is suppose to be here in our family. I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father for allowing me to be his Mommy. He has already blessed me in ways I can't describe. He is such a reminder that Heavenly Father lives and loves each and every one of us. He brings that love with him and I hope he carries it forever! And doesn't he just look so stinkin' cute in that little tiny tux?

Signs of Spring

Isn't that the most beautiful sight? A blossom on my tree! Yeah! It means all these cold days are coming to an end and I am so glad! I love spring!

Six Weeks

Is it crazy that I am consumed by the fact that my baby is growing up and there is nothing I can do about it?  How is it that it has already been six weeks since he was born?  I know I probably said the same thing when he was one month old (two weeks ago) but I just can't help it.  Though it is so much fun watching him grow (literally he seems to change every day) I wish he wouldn't not for forever but just long enough for me to get in all the lovin' I can before he just wants to squirm out of my lap.  I am enjoying this little guy he is a dream baby and as much as I don't want him to grow up it is fun to see him smile and laugh for the first time to find his voice and to see his big brothers and sisters be so gentle and loving with him.

Happy Happy BELATED Birthday!

I guess my good intentions are not so good! As of today I am only 2 weeks late on wishing my hubby a happy birthday! Better late than never! He was out of town for his b-day so we celebrated the Sunday before. I made him a cheesecake and we sang to him. Pretty exciting, eh? I know you all do better but I do have a pretty good excuse for not planning something more elaborate and P is holding him in the pictures!
