Sweet Indulgence!

There isn't much better than a huge chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream, fudge, caramel, and whipped cream! Their eyes completely lit up when they saw what desert was!

Monkey Bar Mug Shots (veiwer discretion advised!)

This was taken this morning before school. She looks a little better!

So a couple weeks ago the nurse from school called to inform me that A had fallen from the monkey bars and had a goose egg on her head. She said it had gone down quite a bit just since she had been in the office and had put ice on it. I can only imagine how big it must have been right after the fall because by the time I saw her it was HUGE! I know why they call it a goose egg it really was the size of an egg! Photos do not do justice on this one!
Yesterday evening Aspyn comes running in the house yelling B fell off the monkey bars and has a bloody nose! B of course (I wouldn't expect anything less from my Drama Queen whom I love) was screaming or should I say shrilling either way she was completely flipping out. So we grab her a paper towel and she calms so I can see the damage. She bit her inner lower lip luckily not all the way through, she scrapped up her nose (hopefully not broken still too swollen to tell), and hopefully she won't have a black eye.
Neither of them wanted their photo taken but cooperated Mug Shot style!

Photo Shoot

It was such a bright beautiful fall day so I thought I would get a few photos of JC. She was soo cooperative and cute. It ended up being a bit too bright and shadowy but I did get a few that I love. K decided he wanted his picture taken too. He was super cooperative as well. They are such cute stinkers! (Unfortunately the other 3 were at school. At some point I will have to get some of them before it is too cold!)

Pickin' Pumpkins

A trip to Irons Fruit Farm wouldn't be complete with out
cinnamon cider donuts and apple cider!

JC did not want anything to do with a regular pumpkin!
She picked this one it is her "watermelon"

Going to Iron's Fruit Farm is one of my favorite things to do with my family. I love taking them to pick out their pumpkins. We always have one rule they can only get a pumpkin they can carry themselves! They were all very selective this year they would pick one up then decide it wasn't the one and start all over. I think we were the last ones out in the patch! JC liked all the gourds and didn't want anything to do with a regular pumpkin the one she ended up with she calls her watermelon. October 18, 2008

Grandpa and Grandma's!

We never have enough time with our granparents so we cherish the times we do have!
We will miss you all so much!

B's Baptism

B I hope you had a wonderful baptismal day and that you will always remember the sweet spirit that we felt as your Dad baptized and confirmed you a member of Heavenly Father's church. We love you and know that it won't always be the easy road being a member of the Church but as you pray and learn about Jesus that you will be guided to make right choices and to be an example to those around you. Be strong in righteousness little lady!
We love you! -Mom and Dad

Iron's Fruit Farm

"Look Mom! This pumpkin is naked!" -K

Saturday morning we took the kids and grandparents to Irons Fruit Farm for apple cider, apple fritters, and donuts. Iron's has the best apple fritters and we were lucky to get them fresh they were even still warm! Mmmmm yummy! October 11, 2008

The Belly

Here I am at 19 weeks and 4 days pregnant. The day of the ultra sound. You all know how lucky you are to see this photo right? :)

It's A Boy!

He kept his arm across his face.
We had our ultra sound on October 4, 2008. We waited until the very end to look to see if we could tell what the sex was. We actually asked the tech not to say anything unless we already knew and could tell for ourselves. Our little guy was breech and not in the best position to get a great shot of down below but there it was his little wiener! I was so overwhelmed with gratitude, relief, and excitement! For over two years I felt like there was another boy and I was a tiny bit worried that we were having a girl because I was soo sick this time (didn't throw up once with J or K) and Paul seemed to think that we were having another girl as well but the kids they all knew it was a boy!
