Lost Tooth

K lost his first tooth this week. It is kinda sad though.. about 2 or 3 weeks ago he said his teeth were sore so I checked them and they were loose and I said well, you just have to keep wiggling them until they come out and they will be sore. He complained off and on but I never did check them again. He had a dentist appointment last week and they discovered that his permanent teeth are coming in right behind the baby ones. So now they have to come out and the sooner the better.

birthdays, my mom, and flying pig marathon

This week has been fun! We have celebrated 3 of our kids birthdays! Well, actually only half celebrated as it is their year for friends parties. Parties will be scheduled in as we go. Funny how when your kids are all little and the days are sooo long you think they just may never grow up and yet they do. :) My mom came in on Wednesday evening. YEAH! Our kids do not get enough Grandma time, heck they don't get enough time with any aunt, uncle, grandparent but we are glad for what we do get. It has been so nice to have her here. We have a lot going on this week and since P is usually (okay always) working, it is so nice to have an extra hand. Anyway, speaking of P he is out running the Flying Pig Marathon (5K) in the rain today. It has pretty much been pouring all morning. I hope it stops long enough for him to get through the race.
