E at (almost) 4months

He is such a handsome little guy! Such a fun baby! He is now rolling over, chewing on his hands, laughing (has been for a long time now), sleeping through the night (mostly), he makes sure he knows where his mama is, and he is really just such a joy.  Can't imagine life with out him!

Pet Fish

"Since you won't let us have any pets we made our own." -B

Hocking Hills

Only a two hour drive and one car sick kid and we were in a whole new place!  And what an awesome place!  We had such a great time together!  Can't wait to go back and explore some more!

Chunker

Stitches

J was helping a friend at school open a fruit cup (the ones with the metal pull tab lids) and he sliced his thumb. It only took 2 stitches to get it all fixed.

No Shots and Chillin in the Bumbo

JC was not thrilled at all to get her 3yr shots and hasn't forgotten. She tells me all the time she does not want any more shots. Isn't that such a pitiful little face?

E is learning to sit in his bumbo seat. He still doesn't quite have the head control needed but I am sure it won't be long and he will be sitting like a pro.

Potty Training 101

JC: "When I am big I will poop in the potty."
Me: "Jacee you are big."
JC: "NOOO I'm Little!"

You would think that after potty training 4 kids we would be pros right? Think again.
This girl has a mind of her own and I guess when SHE is ready it will be done.
Photo taken the very first time we attempted to potty train (a year ago)

Remember this.....

A couple things I don't want to forget...

One that is funny...
The other day we were at Kohls. I wanted to get a couple shirts to get by with and we were near a mannequin that was just the upper torso ya know to show off the shirts. K started poking at it and saying "boobs!" So glad no one was around to see that one. Boys!

And a not so funny thing...

See this wagon? Useful, practical, make life easier kind of wagon. Would you even think to yourself Costly?!!! Yes I tell you Costly! Especially when 10 year old boys fly down the sidewalk and hit your neighbors car parked in front of the house!

Birthday Bashes and other fun photos

2 positive strep tests and 6 kids= 11 bottles of amoxicillin!

Week O' Birthdays!

We had a great week celebrating half the birthdays in our family. A turned 7, JC turned 3, and J turned 10 (yikes double digits!)! We had a special dinner of their choice on each of their days and then amazingly enough we didn't even have cake. We had PIE! Yumm! A had a double chocolate cream pie for her birthday and there was so much left over JC had the same thing for hers the next day. I do love that age where everything is so wonderful and even a slice of pie with a candle makes you giddy and happy! She was so super excited and it was so cute! J had reeses ice cream pie for his day. We didn't have parties this year which I loved! (and they didn't seem too upset by it either) I took A to build a bear we had a blast picking out the bear (well, dog) and dressing it birthday style. It isn't very often that the two of us get time together with out the rest of the crew so I am not sure who enjoyed it most her or me? J really wanted the Razor Spark Scooter and was super excited (and relieved that it wasn't make-up B has a really witty sense of humor these days and kept telling J he was getting make-up) that he actually got one. It is actually pretty cool. JC was just thrilled with the little barbie vet dog that we got her. It has replaced the baby in her doll stroller. All in all it was a busy week but we had a blast and count our blessings for the three miracles we received in one week in April! Photos will come as soon as I get them on the computer and off my camera!
